One choice for adventurous types is mountain climbing which not only trains the body, but they are able to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Mountain climbing is a great adventure with lots of excitement and challenges. Certainly this adventure isn't for everyone, particularly when dealing with the highest and most dangerous mountains. A mountain climber, whether amateur or professional, must have a certain degree of athletic ability and fitness. Anyone who isn't fit would certainly be taking on a doubly dangerous risk if they choose to go mountain climbing.
