Beer during a football match is one feel that many people are so happy about. Beer drinkers are particular not only about what they drink, but also where they drink. We all have our favorite places to enjoy a cold one. Some are laid back and relaxing. Others are loud and rollicking. Because beer is such a social beverage, our favorite places to sip a brew are often where our friends gather, or a pub where you can make new friends almost from the minute you arrive. There are two basic categories of beer styles top-fermenting beer(ales) and bottom-fermenting beer(lagers). The yeast is the main difference between the two. Ales, fermented at warmer temperatures, use an ale yeast that often yields a fruity aroma and flavor. Lagers, fermented at cooler temperatures, use lager yeast that create smooth, crisp, and clean-tasting beers.
