Do not overtrain frequently in body building


Some people who initially join gyms to become a part of the body building world have a misconception that training for long hours in gym will show quick results. Also many people tend to do the same workout routine everyday.For instance some wish to get bigger arms so that they look great in t-shirts ,those people do their biceps or triceps workout routine on continuous days or quite frequently. These are poor body building practices. You can decide to over train yourself after deciding to have long hours of rest the next day.Also you must have sufficient intake of proteins and carbohydrates before you overtrain yourself.
Doing very long and tiring workouts without proper diets and sufficient sleep just tires you out and shows up with poor results.Always decide the workouts for the week with a "workout chart" giving equal importance to all parts of the body,mainly your legs and the gap between each set and the number of reps per set.These can help you get the desired results in a shorter span.
