The latest news is that Harbhajan Singh has been banned for five matches for slapping SreeSanth in an IPL match. This decision was taken by disciplinary committee of BCCI which included President Sharath Pawar, Shashank Manohar and Vice President Chirayu Amin. This decision was aided by the report of Commissioner Sudhir Nanavathi. Many thought that Harbhajan had been let off. But the board has warned him by saying that any further instance of misconduct will lead to a life ban for Harbhajan Singh.
