Everybody feels heaven when having cold water in this summer, especially after a long ride in thehot sun.. Having cold water creates a sudden change in the body temperature which is not advisable.Also havin cold water can lower the body weight .This is not desirable for atheletes and body builders.We happen to lose weight because the body burns up calories to make up the water to the body temperature.
Also having cold water after meal must be avoided..The cold water solidifies the oily food that we have consumed .It affects digestion badly.The solidified food turns into fats and may go upto the extent of causing cancer.. So warm or normal water is always advisable..
