
Most people love to have their upper body well developed .A great look when tight t-shirts are worn. Many neglect to train their legs because legs remain covered. Those kind of people are called “club boys”.
People got to understand that training legs has got a great impact on the upper body getting into shape. It is fact known to great body builders that training legs help to produce or increase the secretion of the hormones which results in upper body getting benefited (testosterone hormones).Also poor looking legs can never support a true body builder. Neglecting legs training is the most detrimental mistakes any bodybuilder looking to build size can make.
Some of the exercises like leg press, squat ,hamstring curls can help to increase or add size to the legs.I have added a sample clip showing leg press.
