Chocolates- see for +ves



So many people think about only the -ves when consuming cocoa or chocolates. The common view is that they add on to obesity and you need to burn calories if consumed. But we got to see the positives in cocoa. The chocolates are known to maintain the blood pressure level and in fact reduces the pressure level that was reported by german researchers.Studies indicated that the consumption of cocoa worked in the same way as the tablets or pills for maintaining the pressure level worked.This was tested among two sets of people having reached a certain age and having blood pressure.One group had pills and the other consumed cocoa for a week or two. the result was the same.
Also be happy that people who eat chocolates are ready to reduce the risk of strokes and heart attacks by 10 to 20 percent.So having chocolates at proper quantities help in better way of life.
