
Many people do not have water in take during the workouts in gym.Some people over drink consuming water between each set of the same exercise. The case is that we must hydrate ourselves with few ml or ounces of water every 15 to 20 minutes. The water helps in keeping us going and avoids tiring out soon.It is also important to know that soft drinks or caffeine cant help you like water during workouts.If you have taken any protein supplements they would have instructed you to hydrate yourself regularly throughout the workout session with water or any juices.Water consumption spread throughout the day can also help you lose fat.
