The carbohydrates are very much essential for any body builder. The carbohydrates provides the much needed energy during rigorous workouts. All body builders take some amount of carbo during their entire day diet with the main part of it few hours before the workout.Carbohydrates can be obtained in some foods that we consume day to day like dairy products,vegetables,fruits with the whole grains the most important source of carbo.Some forms of carbo like white rice can aid you in adding on weight.Just blindly avoiding the carbohydrates for losing weight will not help you better rather the amount of intake of carbo can be lessened.
