Abdomen training --can be done at home


Abdomen training need not be done in gym with all the heavy and complicated equipments. A flat abdomen can be obtained with exercises done daily in home and strict diet.

A Workout program called “8 mins abs” can be very effective and can produce great and quick results. I am following that program for training my abs. The program has nearly 11 exercises to be done in just 8 mins with no gap between each exercise and each workout done for 45 seconds.The eleven exercises are listed

Basic crunch

Rt.Oblique crunch

Lt.Oblique crunch

Toe touches

Reverse crunch

Rt.Side crunch

Lt.Side crunch

Push through

Leg pushes

Alternating curls

Curls
